Description
• Carefully handmade braided cable consists of 4 cores of AWG24-awg20 multistrand litz silver.
• Soldered with WBT 4% fine silver audio solder.
• Woven Teflon Litz construction is ideal to deliver RFI and EMI rejection and provides low capacitance.
• 5N silver transmits electrical signals faster and with less distortion than ordinary OFC wires.
• High grade Teflon insulation gives a predominant air dielectric and is regarded as the best insulator for bare cable.

Lavricables –
I have just received the LavriCables Custom DC Cables. I ordered 2 variants (paid full price): one with shielding and another without. I started with the shielded one.
So far, I have noticed 3 main areas of improvements:
1. Aesthetics & convenience: it is much shorter than the LHY stock cable, so it makes the system nicer looking and also more easily transportable around the house.
2. Sound quality: the Lavri Custom DC cable represents an interesting jump in sound quality over the stock LHY cable. While it was not as significant as going from the DX340 alone to 12V supergain, it is significant enough to warrant the 110 euros asking price. Once you get the LHY 12V Batt power supply, I doubt that one can find a better upgrade for the price, if IEMs or headphones are already good.
The soundstage gets even bigger and the sound gets overall more refined. The surprising thing is that Tube mode and A/B mode sound more different than before with AMP16.
The tube mode soundstage in tube mode gets significantly larger and more holographic than A/B mode, but A/B mode has a more forceful bass. both of them are enjoyable.
3. Noise levels: While the DX340 has been dead quiet when using SuperGain with AMP15, and AMP16 with A/B mode, it has been more finicky with AMP16 and tube mode with the stock cable and final A8000. The noise floor was very slightly audible, and there was some tube ringings at random times (especially with Wifi or when connected to PC via USB). With the Lavri Cable, the noise floor lowered to be inaudible in most cases (though I only listened to it for a few hours).
